An independent multi-brand store bringing together activewear, streetwear and everyday essentials. Our opening selection centres on Alo’s Accolade collection.
Are the products authentic?
Our retail offering centres on genuine branded products. Read the authenticity and brand notice for sourcing context, brand relationships and the information to send us if you have a question about an item.
Is this Alo’s official website?
RAGFOLK is a separate, independently operated retailer. Brand names and logos identify the products and remain the property of their owners. Specific supply authorizations do not make this a brand-owned official website.
Does every brand in the directory have products available?
No. The directory introduces the intended brand selection. Only products with confirmed available stock can be ordered; an editorial image or brand logo is not an inventory promise.
Size, color & care
How do I choose an Accolade size?
Accolade has a roomy, unisex fit. Start with the product’s fit notes and the size and measurement guide. Tops may suit a smaller size for a closer fit; the straight-leg sweatpants have a longer, oversized cut.
Are the measurements body measurements or garment measurements?
The body charts describe the wearer, not the finished item. Pants inseams are identified separately as garment measurements. Exact chest, shoulder, sleeve and body-length checks depend on the style and size.
Is 2XL the same label as XXL?
Yes. We use 2XL in the size selector; it refers to the XXL label in this selection.
Why might the color look different on my screen?
Lighting, photography and display settings can affect color appearance. Compare the named color and multiple product photographs; contact our team if a precise color match matters.
How should I wash an item?
Follow the sewn-in care label. Our product care guide explains general washing, drying and storage precautions.
Orders & delivery
How do I check prices and size availability?
Current item prices are shown in USD. Select your preferred size on the product page to check availability. Our opening Alo Accolade styles are listed at the corresponding Alo U.S. regular price. Shipping, taxes and any applicable charges should be reviewed before payment.
Where will orders ship from?
Our fulfilment setup is based on U.S. warehouse stock. Confirmed destinations, charges and service estimates will be listed in Shipping & delivery before ordering.
Where do I find tracking?
Use the shipment email’s tracking link after dispatch. The order tracking guide explains label-created, in-transit and delivered statuses.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us promptly with your order number and the requested change. Changes depend on the fulfilment stage and are not guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. See Order changes & cancellations.
Returns & support
How do I request a return?
Read Returns & refunds, then contact us with the order number, item, size and reason for return. We will provide the appropriate instructions; please do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
Keep the product, tags and packaging. Send your order number, a description and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review it and explain the next steps.
