A wrong size, a missing apartment number or a change of plan? Contact us as soon as you notice it. The fulfilment stage determines what can still be changed.
Before submitting an order
- Confirm the style, color, size and quantity.
- Review the complete shipping address and contact information.
- Read the shipping and return terms shown for your purchase.
- Check that the final amount and payment method are correct.
Request a change or cancellation
Use the contact form or email sidjiang22@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. Clearly state whether you need to cancel, change a size or color, or correct an address. For an address correction, provide the complete replacement address.
Before & after dispatch
Before fulfilment begins, our team will check whether the requested change can be made. Once an order is being packed, handed to a carrier or already shipped, changes may no longer be possible. A parcel that cannot be stopped may need to be handled through the applicable return process after delivery.

If RAGFOLK cannot fulfil an order
We may need to cancel an affected order or item if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, verification fails, a material listing error occurs or fulfilment is otherwise not possible. We will explain the issue. If a paid item cannot be supplied, the applicable amount will be refunded; an alternative item will not be substituted without your agreement.
Shipping delays & your rights
If dispatch cannot happen within the timeframe communicated for the order, we will explain the delay and the applicable choice to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Nothing on this page removes cancellation or refund rights that cannot be excluded by law.
After delivery
For an eligible item already delivered, follow Returns & refunds. A cancellation enquiry and a return enquiry are different processes.
