The final return window, eligibility conditions and applicable charges will be disclosed before orders are accepted. There is currently no announced free-return offer.
Before wearing or washing
Check the style, color, size and condition when the item arrives. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging, unless the final terms specify otherwise. Try on with care and avoid fragrance, makeup, pet hair or other marks.
Condition guidance for a change-of-mind return does not remove rights relating to an incorrect, damaged or misdescribed item.

- Wait for confirmation of the applicable eligibility, return destination and any label or packing instructions.
- Pack the item securely with the information requested. Keep proof of postage and any tracking number.
- Our team will review the returned item and communicate the outcome and any applicable refund or exchange steps.
Incorrect, damaged or not-as-described items
Contact us with clear photographs of the item, tags, packaging and the issue, plus your order number. Keep everything until we have explained the next steps. We will review the concern and arrange the appropriate remedy in line with the circumstances and applicable rights. Do not attempt a repair before the issue has been reviewed.
Exchanges & refunds
Exchange stock depends on the required style, color and size. Contact us before sending anything back; availability is not reserved by starting an enquiry. When a refund is due, our team will confirm its amount and method. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to post an issued refund.
Final-sale exclusions, any non-refundable delivery charge and any return deduction must be stated in the applicable purchase terms; they do not exclude remedies that applicable law requires.
